Spring has Sprung: Yellow Inspiration

The windows are open,
The birds are chirping,
The daffodils are blooming…

I think I can say, with delight, that Spring has officially Sprung (finally! …Pux Phil was completely wrong on this years spring arrival prediction!) .  The last few days have been amazing, and even though the snow is not completely gone (from my yard), I think it will be very soon!   That being said, let’s soak up the sun, and be inspired by some hints of yellow to add to your decor.  Whether it be a little or a lot, yellow is so cheery! Isn’t it??  It truly brightens up the day.

I was never a big fan of yellow . . . until I found a 1940’s vintage kitchen set and bought it! It’s yellow and white so now I’m doing my whole kitchen over to match the set! You know how one deal leads to a lot of work, right? Thanks for all these great pics!

Hi. Just wanted to alert you of a typo on your Resources link. Crate & Barrel only has one L at the end. Thanks for the yellow inspiration!

Great post! Just found your blog.

I’m bitten by the yellow bug, too. :) We just decorated our bathroom with yellow and gray–haven’t posted pics yet but they work so well together.

Where is the bathroom pic from? It doesn’t look like the silhouette wall is a shower curtain but it doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling.
