Trick or Tip Week Roundup and Link Party

T.G.I.F.!!  Do you feel the same way?  What a week it’s been!  I’ve actually been looking forward to this day all week because it’s finally YOUR TURN to showcase your best Tricks and Tips!  All week long, my friends and I have shared our Tricks and Tips pertaining to painting, DIY, decorating, blogging tips, and tools, and now we get to see yours!

On Monday, I started out Trick or Tip Week with my handy-dandy techniques for painting.

On Tuesday, Sandra shared her helpful tips on how to patch a hole in drywall.  She gave a very comprehensive tutorial on using a Drywall Patch Kit and the old fashion way of patching a hole using tape and mud.

On Wednesday, Diane showcased her awesome ideas and tricks on how to decorate.  Using boxes, books, paint sticks, and christmas lights, she shared her wonderful ideas and trade secrets to hang art, display items on a cabinet, and add mood lighting to any room.

On Thursday, Shannon of Madigan Made offered her blogging know-how on how to properly add text links and text anchors into your posts to create good SEO. Not sure what SEO means?  She explains it all.  I actually haven’t always been great with adding the best text links in my posts, and learned alot from what she wrote.  For this post, I’ve tried to be very cogniscent of the text and how I’m linking to other sites.  (What do you think Shannon – am I doing a good job?)

And today, Brittany of Pretty Handy Girl brings us her tricks and tips through her Tool Tutorial Friday.  She started it last week with her tutorial on how to use a miter saw and each Friday she’ll be empowering you with new skills on how to use power tools. I’ll definitely be tuning in!
