With Christmas just days away, I am sure your tree is filled with ornaments, the stockings are hung by the chimney with care, and your children are bouncing off the walls with the anticipation of Santa on his way.  In the meantime, you are trying to finish up each person on your shopping list, wrap all the presents, and prepare for Christmas dinner.  So the last thought you’ve probably given to this fast-approaching Holiday is how you are going to decorate your festive table.  Am I right?  Or maybe you have thought about it and simply need some last bit of inspiration.

Well I have compiled 20 Divine Holiday Tables that will give you the much needed ideas if you are starting from scratch or if you simply want to add a few final embellishments.

I’m signing off for a little break!  Over the next few days, I’m taking a break from blogging to spend some much-needed downtime with my family.  Check back next week between Christmas and New Years when I’ll be looking back upon my year of blogging.  Thank you so much for the continuous love and I hope you have a wonderful and enjoyable Holiday!

Hi! I understand this is kind of off-topic but I needed to ask. Does running a well-established blog like yours take a lot of work? I am completely new to writing a blog but I do write in my journal on a daily basis. I’d like to start a blog so I can easily share my experience and views online. Please let me know if you have any kind of recommendations or tips for new aspiring blog owners. Thankyou!

HI Shelby, No problem for being “off-topic”… nothing is unusual around here! Yes, blogging does take a lot of time. I have had less time to blog of late due to alot of Design clients, but on average I spend 30-40 hours a week putting my blog together. Some weeks it’s been less and some more. Your blog can be whatever you want it to be. You can do it for fun or as a business, you can write everyday or once a week… it’s all up to you. My blog is a hybrid for my business and blog inspiration, but everyon uses their blog / website platform differently. You definitely have to have fun with it and not go in with the intention to make money, otherwise you will burn out. That’s just some advice I have for you – good luck! xo Jenna
