A few days into the new year of 2016, this beautiful home had a terrible fire that left the homeowners in a terrible position of needing to move out and rebuild. Thankfully, they didn’t have to start from the ground up, but everything but the studs was replaced.

At the time, I had been working on a home for their friend / neighbor, when they called me with the devastating news. They were in need / want of direction to make design changes since the opportunity allowed.

Over a year later, the home is complete (minus a few small details) and the brave, patient homeowners have returned. It has been quite a journey transforming this fire-stricken house into a warm, inviting home.
