Happy Monday – You guys are awesomely sweet!  The outpouring of kind comments over the new living room space was over-the-top.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

You’ve seen the pictures, so now let’s get to the nitty-gritty details of the makeover.  Pretty pictures are good and all, but let’s get down to what you really want to know… where I bought it all!

Paint Colors >>>

Changing of the wall color was as much important as the elements that went into updating this space.  The orange wall @ the fireplace was pretty dramatic before, but the black is just as eye catching + dynamic.  To balance the deep, dark hue, I chose a lighter color for the other walls in the space.

These are the new paint colors…

Proposed living room color palette

Fireplace Wall (soft black hue) – Valspar Black Heron V120-3, flat

Other Walls (light gray/blue hue) – Valspar Silver Thistle Down V120-1, satin

Trim + Fireplace – Valspar New Ream V148, semi-gloss

And that’s a wrap!  If you haven’t seen the finished space, pop on over the {reveal} post.  There are a whole lotta pictures + inspiration…
